It's really too bad that our city doesn't clean up graffiti in a timely manner. On my way to work last week I saw a code enforcement officer pass by this garage and look right at the graffiti. Has it been cleaned up? Naw. And a few weeks ago the judges for the Stanton Pride Home Beautification Awards went by and saw this home in disrepair. Did they report it to the city? I don't know but this house has looked like this for months. I guess they are more worried about giving out awards rather than having our homes looking half-way decent. I used to call the graffiti hotline but after leaving message after message and getting no results I don't bother anymore. It is really too bad that our city council doesn't make graffiti clean up a priority like other cities do.
