Very unfortunate what happened to this neighborhood. The City never finished the project. What remains is lack of parking,
businesses that never opened and graffiti on vehicles like this truck in the picture. Lots of promises but no follow through.
This is not how the City described the project when they began using all of our resources to make this happen.
