It is odd that it is taking so long to get this restaurant changed from a restaurant to a restaurant. This is very similar to Harry's Place on Dale and Katella. It took over a year and a half to change from a restaurant to a restaurant. The same thing happened to Park Avenue. Why does this take so long but housing moves right in less than a year's time? They can change Golf Land into housing before Savon can put up a single square building at Beach and Lampson. Why is this? One of Stanton's biggest problems is unemployment so why is our city council having such an issue with business retention but has no problem with moving in more homes?
